Sports have always been an integral part of student life at PES University, fostering teamwork, resilience, and excellence. This year, the Inter Apartments Sports Fest 2025 witnessed an outstanding performance by one of our own – K Sanjana Nayaka, a second-year BTech ECE student from RR Campus, who clinched 1st Prize in Carrom Women’s Singles (18–50 category).
The Event
The two-day sports extravaganza brought together 400 participants and an enthusiastic audience of nearly 1000 people. The competition kicked off with an opening ceremony on November 15, followed by intense knockout rounds of Carrom. The semi-finals and finals held on November 16 showcased skill, precision, and mental discipline.
The Achievement
Emerging victorious in a highly competitive field, Sanjana Nayaka demonstrated exceptional focus and strategy, earning the coveted Gold Trophy and Winner’s Certificate. Her achievement is a testament to the importance of balancing academics with extracurricular pursuits.
