The much-awaited Annual Sports and Cultural Fest – SINDOOR 25 was inaugurated with grandeur and festivity at PES Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (PESIMSR), Kuppam on the evening of 15th May 2025 (Wednesday) at the college cricket ground.
The vibrant inauguration ceremony was graced by Dr. H. R. Krishna Rao, Dean and Principal, PESIMSR, who officially declared the fest open in the presence of Heads of Departments, faculty members, staff, and a large gathering of enthusiastic students.
Based on the theme “Fusion of Tradition, Spark of Celebration,” SINDOOR 25 will continue through May and June 2025, featuring a wide array of sports competitions and cultural programs. The event aims to provide a dynamic platform for students to showcase their talents, creativity, teamwork, and leadership.
In his address, Dr. H. R. Krishna Rao highlighted the significance of such festivals in enriching campus life. He noted:
“SINDOOR is not just a celebration, but a convergence of culture and spirit that fosters unity, leadership, and innovation among our students. It reflects the vibrant spirit of PESIMSR.”
With a calendar packed with spirited contests and colorful performances, SINDOOR 25 promises to be a memorable celebration of energy, talent, and tradition at PESIMSR.
