Mastering a systematic approach to wine tasting is vital to building a career in the beverage industry. Participants learnt about nuances of wine tasting, factors deciding choice of wine to suit the time of the day and influence of sugar in enhancing the flavor of the wine. Ms. Kriti Malhotra, Master Trainer from Tulleeho, representing the Wine and Spirit Educational Trust, London conducted the tutored wine appreciation session organized by the department of BBA HEM on February 18, 2025 at RR campus.
