The speaker Ms Smriti Metikurke talked about the importance of inclusion in the workplace and how it  empowers everyone to succeed. She discussed the ripple effect of inclusion, how it can create a more positive and productive work environment, and the benefits it can have for both individuals and organizations Ms Smrithi mentioned there are five enablers for creating a ripple effect of inclusion, belonging, psychological safety, empathetic leadership, cognitive diversity and allyship. This session gave students to think beyond-  about what kind of individuals one must be, both on a corporate and personal level, and be aware of their role as leaders in the external world. Department of BBA and BBA (Business Analytics) hosted the educational B talk series on  The Ripple Effect of Inclusion: Empowering Change in Everyday Spaces by Smriti Metikurke, Vice President - HR, Talent Strategy at Accenture was held on January 15, 2025 at RR campus.
