Mr. Rohit, CEO and founder of Laughing Water Productions highlighted the importance of creative and innovative event themes and concepts. He underscored the critical role of time management, budgeting, and resource allocation in managing multiple stakeholders and their expectations. He emphasized on identifying potential risks and developing possibility plans to maintain event integrity. The session on excelling in event management was organized by the department of BBA-HEM on August 8, 2024 at RR campus.
