ಕು. ಅನ್ನಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಿಂಗ್, ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಮ್ಯುನಿಕೇಷನ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 2018 ರಲ್ಲಿ B.Tech ಪಡೆದ ಪಿಇಎಸ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ UPSC ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ 2023 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಉನ್ನತ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ 99ನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಪಿಇಎಸ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳಾದ ಪ್ರೊ.ಎಂ.ಆರ್.ದೊರೆಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಕು.ಅನ್ನಪೂರ್ಣರವರ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕಾಣಲೆಂದು ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು.
