The culinary industry is seeing an increasing focus on sustainability, native foods and traditional foods and millets. Eminent chefs and co-founders of restaurants and cloud kitchens shared their ideas on the importance of celebrating local and regional cuisine in the panel discussion on Culture Cuisine and Consumption.
