About

Dr.Lucas M - is a Associate Professor @ PES University in the Department of MBA and formerly he served as Senior Assistant Professor at Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and prior to this formerly he was with Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies from 2008-2018.

He received his PhD in Human Capital Management from Alagappa University, karaikudi, Tamilnadu. He is specialized in HR, OB and Labour Law and has undergone practical Laboratory training in Applied Psychology.

He has 20 years of both Industry and Academic experience. He has undergone his training in International certification in Training Skills conducted by Middle Earth consultants from Hyderabad which is associated with City and Guild, London.

He has conducted Soft Skills Training program and MDP for young Engineers in HAL and for Software Engineers at BAe HAL and in BHEL and delivered more than 75 MDP and FDP Trainings.

Designed and delivered more than 20 orientation programs in Karnataka Judicial Academy to the second division Assistants, Govt. Lawyers, Junior Judges, Civil Judges - Junior Division, Civil judges, Senior Civil Judges, District Judges and fast track court Judges in the area of Team Building, Stress and Time management, Human Resources and Management skills in the Judiciary (2008-2013).

More than 35 paper publications in leading Management journals of repute indexed by Scopus and UGC care listed Journals.

He was part of the executive Education program at XIME and the MDP Coordinator. He has conducted more than 50 Management Development Programs for corporate executives in areas like Interpersonal Effectiveness, Becoming a Manager, Conflict to Collaboration, Collaborative Leadership, and Transactional Analysis: Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Team Management, Time Management, Stress Management, and Campus to Corporate. Core Areas in MDP: Interpersonal Effectiveness, Communication and Presentation Skills, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Team building, Conflict Management, Campus to Corporate, Career Guidance, Counseling Psychology, and Psychological well-being. CONSULTING: He has consulted extensively for both Indian and multinational companies in the field of Leadership development. He has designed, developed, and delivered programs to build the leadership pipeline for organizations.
