Totally shifted into the ResourceManagement space, which included Resource Planning and Forecasting. The last stint with Accenture Consulting involved a global audience spread over 26 countries in 4 continents. Was also part of the Campus Recruitment team in Accenture for campus placements During a short stint with Genisys Software at the beginning of the last decade, when the company went through its ramp-up phase, was part of a core team in Genisys, spearheading setting up of a separate division
