The Centre for Hardware Acceleration and Chip Security (c-HACS) at PES University (RR Campus), is a advanced facility for research and development in VLSI design and Embedded SoCs. Under the guidance of Dr. Sudeendra Kumar, the centre brings together students, research scholars, industry experts, and alumni to cultivate a strong research culture within the university. Our works spans Hardware acceleration & Chip security, with the facility equipped with Cadence design environments, FPGA and SoC prototyping platforms, and the necessary instrumentation for design, verification, and validation across both ASIC and FPGA design flows. At c-HACS, we emphasize technical depth, collaboration, and real-world relevance, bridging academic exploration with the evolving demands of the semiconductor industry.
