The best cocktails are all about balance and considered as a symphony of flavours, sweet, sour, bitter, and strong, all playing their part in harmony. The competition provided an opportunity to students for demonstrating their technical skills in areas of pouring accuracy, speed, efficient use of bar tools, and overall drink preparation techniques under pressure. The jury of Vinay M of Byg Brewski, Vicky of Soka Cocktail Bar and Prof. Thashneem selected Nayan, Chethan and Sanchi as winners and Nandini, Jigyasha and Anuj as runners-up in the Cocktail Making Competition organized by the department of BBA-HEM on April 1, 2025 at RR campus.
