The overnight game development hackathon saw the teams compete to make the best games based on the theme Play-to-lose that was revealed shortly before the event. The games were judged on the criteria of creativity, complexity, art, quality, and relevance to the theme. As a precursor to the hackathon, a workshop on basics of Unity and platform creation was organized on March 12, 2025. The first edition of delta Time Game Development Hackathon 2.0 was organized by club Parallax on March 15, 2025 at EC campus.
