The moot court competition witnessed the participation of budding legal minds from across the country. The grand finale of the competition was judged by Justice S. R. Krishnakumar, Justice C. M. Poonacha and Justice Vijaykumar Patil, esteemed sitting judges of the High Court of Karnataka. The event was inaugurated by Justice K. N. Phaneendra, the Upalokayukta of the Government of Karnataka, in the presence of Mr. Aravind Kamath, Additional Solicitor General of India to the High Court of Karnataka, and Mr. Prashanth V. G., Partner at J. Sagar Associates. Additional Advocate Generals of the High Court of Karnataka, designated senior advocates, and partners from various law firms across Bangalore attended the program. The valedictory ceremony was graced by Justice Aravind Kumar, Judge of the Supreme Court of India, as the Chief Guest. The PES University National Moot Court Competition in collaboration with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India was held on February 21-23, 2025 at RR campus.
