The career roadmap follows structured phases—discovering interests, setting goals, building skills, tracking progress, and celebrating achievements. A five-year strategic approach would include industry exploration, mentorship, internships, mastering industry tools, and networking to secure dream jobs. He stressed the power of LinkedIn for career growth and highlighted essential skills like digital literacy, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and adaptability to thrive in an evolving job market.
