A hiking expedition enhanced the team collaboration and improved resilience and well-being led to simple and practical understanding of sustainable development goals. The adventure activities that fostered teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, aligned with SDG 4 of Quality Education by encouraging collaborative learning and SDG 17 of Partnerships for the Goals through group-based interactions. By stepping out of their comfort zones, students gained resilience and self-confidence, promoting both mental and physical health, contributing to SDG 3 of Good Health and Well-Being. The hands-on experience of adventure tourism and event management encouraged responsible consumption and production practices, fulfilling SDG 8 of Decent Work and Economic Growth and SDG 12 of Responsible Consumption and Production. The department of BBA HEM organized the adventure activity at Nature Adventure Camp in Kanakapura as part of event management experiential learning under the ambit of Sustainable Development Goals on October 26, 2024.
