Expert talk on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging

The speaker, Ms Aishwarya Menon highlighted the importance of fostering goodwill in workplaces and the role of personal experiences in shaping the attitude towards diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. She outlined the forms of exclusion and role of the HR function in mitigating it. She discussed the opportunities in HR and international business professions related to this area. The talk by Aishwarya Menon, Executive Sr Manager of operations at Amazon Web Services was organized by the Faculty of Management and Commerce and Department of BBA and BBA (Business Analytics)  in collaboration with People's Partner, HR Club on October 18, 2024 at RR campus.
