Problem statements are an effective tool for getting to the root of a problem and finding a viable solution. Dr. Rangaprakash Deshpande, Senior Research Fellow at Harvard University provided guidance on identifying impactful research topics, drawing from his extensive work in brain connectivity, neurovascular modeling, and machine learning in clinical applications which can lead to identifying the right problem statement. The expert talk on From Ideas to Impact: How to Select a Problem Statement for Your Project by Dr. Rangaprakash Deshpande was hosted by the department of CSE on September 4, 2024 at RR campus.
