Managing a large scale ticketed sporting event demands skills in situation handling, crowd control, vendor management and ensuring sponsorship publicity. Students of BBA-HEM volunteered for managing the CEAT Indian Supercross Racing League by leading events company from February 22-25, 2024 held at Bengaluru. Students assisted an events company in handling the operations of a wedding event from being the bride’s shadow to looking after the guests as part of their practical outreach activity on February 20-21-22, 2024 at an outdoor retreat in Bengaluru. Students assisted the front-desk, backstage and production operations for a corporate event held at KTPO on February 21-22, 2024. The practical outreach activities were facilitated by the department of BBA HEM.
