Ms. Aishwarya spoke on trends in hospitality and highlighted the importance of neuro hospitality in modern day hoteliering. Neuro-hospitality breaks with some traditional concepts and paradigms of the hotel industry by introducing the concept of a guest who is conceived as a system constituted by persona and placed in the surrounding context.
