Alumni talk on catering operations

Catering operations can be quite overwhelming due to varied customer preferences, capital requirements, regulations and logistics. Mr.Prabhakar, alumni of 2006 batch highlighted the importance of prioritizing customer satisfaction, attention to detail and dealing with changing circumstances. According to him, staying competitive in the catering industry is possible with teamwork, continuous improvement and innovation. The guest lecture on entrepreneurship and managing large catering operations that was organized by the department of BBA HEM was held on February 9, 2024.
