International conferences on computing and network communications

The fifth international conference on computing and network communications, CoCoNet’23 and sixth international conference on applied soft computing and communication networks, ACN’23 featured keynotes, tutorials, lightning talks, hot off the press presentations and over 193 technical papers presented over three enriching days. Dr. Sanjay K Madria, Curators Distinguished Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, USA and chief guest, spoke about how the next decade of research could be led by India and the importance of commitment to work. He delivered the keynote on Efficient Revocation in Attribute-based Encryption Scheme for Secure Data Sharing in the Cloud. Prof. D Jawahar, Pro Chancellor, in his presidential address, spoke about achieving exponential growth over the next decade by prioritizing dynamic academic advancements, fostering innovative research initiatives, and strategically investing in state-of-the-art infrastructure and faculty development. Dr. T S B Sudarshan, Dean of Research in his welcome address highlighted the objective of CoCoNet’23, which is to exchange ideas and advance research in human technology, particularly in the context of the evolving 5G technology. Dr. Shikha Tripathi, General Co Chair, Chairperson-ECE Department, presented an overview of the conference. Dr. Sabu Thampi, Executive General Chair, Senior IEEE member, Professor at IIITM-K spoke about the relevance of research on technologies of the future. Dr. Venkatesh Prasad, Embedded Systems Professor at TU Delft, Netherlands in his keynote elaborated on Taking IoT to the Extreme. Sessions on intelligent systems technologies and applications, intelligent informatics, computer vision and internet, natural language processing outlined the developments in the fields and emerging trends. The enriching sessions on latest technologies, interaction with distinguished experts and technical paper presentations were hosted from December 18-20, 2023 at RR campus.
