Hemanth R won bronze medal in 3 course cold set platters competition, Sachin Bose AR received merit certificate in Live Biryani cooking competition and the participating team’s efforts as volunteers was appreciated at the sixth edition of South India Chef’s Association (SICA) Culinary Challenge and Exhibition 2023. This event brought together seasoned culinary professionals, hospitality stalwarts, suppliers and budding chefs across India. The contest was the first World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS)-approved Culinary Competition in our country and held at Chennai on September 15-16-17, 2023.
