Accommodation management plays an important role in the hospitality business by making the experience of customers more cheerful and memorable. Mr. Thomas, Academic Head, Army College and Ms. Akanksha Patnaik, EHK, Hilton outlined steps for problem identification, choosing methodology and framing interview Questions. This was followed with step by step jotting down SOPs, data collection, documentation, submission for plagiarism check, data analysis, documentation, submission of soft copy and hard copy submission, Powerpoint presentation of strategies and suggestions. The participants developed SOPs for Celestial Heights, evaluated case study and application of research methods in the study-a-thon on accommodation management organised by the department of BBA HEM on September 12, 2023 at RR campus.
