Practical insights about UI/UX design

The informative and competitive event introduced the students to elements of UI/UX design through fun and interactive sessions. Interactive panel discussion by Google Certified members focused on usability studies and creating high-fidelity prototypes. Mr Kaushik Murali, Product Designer at OnJuno and PESU alumnus shared industry insights about what it means to be a product designer, the challenges related to it and areas to focus on. The CSS Battle gave the participants designs that they needed to replicate using CSS under the time constraint. First prize was bagged by Sarthak Kumar followed by Sanket Padhi and Divya K.A in CSS Battle hosted by ACM and GDSC of EC Campus from April 19-22, 2022.
