Expert talk on networking and up-skilling

Being industry ready to survive the cut throat competition demands emphasis on skills in areas which were not so key to career growth in the recent past. Mr Satyavrat, General manager Cars24 financial services and an alumnus of Sri Ram College of Commerce emphasized the importance of academic rigor without compromising on non-academic development. He clarified that an employee network charter is going beyond talking to people for exploring job opportunities to identifying the right set of people and building relationships over time.
