Inauguration of I semester Diploma classes was held in Dr. M.R.D. Auditorium, PESU RR CAMPUS on Sunday 19TH SEPTEMBER 2021. It was a huge success and over 400 students and parents attended the function.
The function was inaugurated and course information book of First year diploma was released by Dr. M.R. Doreswamy, Chancellor, PES University. 12 meritorious students from FINAL YEAR, 2nd year & 1st year were recognized and felicitated with GOLD MEDALS for ALL.
During his presidential address, Dr.M.R Doreswamy, Chancellor, PES University said, merit is the only criteria to rise to the peak and helps one to rise above caste and creed. He said Engineers are National Builders & Vision is important for students.
He also mentioned about importance of yoga and contributions of a teacher to society by molding the students in Success Path with an example of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a teacher in highest post becoming President of INDIA. PES stresses on providing education with values. He insisted that institution management, parents, teachers are the FOUR important pillars for grooming the student.
