Inauguration of First year B.Com classes and felicitation of 2nd year PUC toppers of 2020-21 academic year.

First year B.Com classes were inaugurated by Dr. M R Doreswamy, Chancellor, PES University on 5th August 2021 at Kuvempu sabhangana, PES Hanumantha Nagar campus.

This occasion was presided by Dr. M R Doreswamy, Chancellor, PES University and Dr. J.Suryaprasad, Vice Chancellor PES University, was the Chief guest.

In his presidential address Dr M R doreswamy Sir motivated students to study well and take best advantage of studying in a prestigious institution like PES which focuses on not only the academic development of students but also helps them in emerging as a very qualified graduate. He also applauded the faculty for introducing and practicing a mentor system which is one of its kind in University education.

He also asked the students to remember the three golden words Matru Devo Bhava, Pitru Devo Bhava and Aacharya Devo Bhava throughout their life.

In his speech, Dr J. Suryaprasad congratulated the toppers of PUC program and said that the students are very fortunate to get the best education in their life in an institution which is marching towards its golden Jubilee.

Prof. MV Satyanarayana, Director HN campus, Dr. C. Narayana Reddy, Principal PES College, Dr. D. Rama Prabha, Chairperson, M.Com program, Smt. Rupasi, Chairperson, B.Com program, Dr.Saravanan Dean, Pharmacy program and Prof. Devraj, Principal Polytechnic program were also present during the occasion.
