Khushboo Gupta winner of The Women of Future Award 2019 for her contribution to the society talked to the students about the emerging ideas and trends on how to improve interpersonal skills. She stressed on the preparations students need to do to face interviews. Intuitive concepts such as Johari Window and Elevator Pitch were discussed at length. She emphasised the importance of being able to introduce oneself in an interview with confidence. Extensive information on the various kinds of interviews was shared and a glimpse of how one could approach each kind of interview was discussed. She shed light on how one can represent them better and leave an impression on the interviewer. The inspiring and informative lecture was held at the EC campus on Feb 11, 2020.
