The tricolor national flag was hoisted by Mr. Anand Malligavad - A man of Lake Rejuvenation (Lake Conservationist), the Chief Guest of the Program. Addressing the gathering he called upon the youth to serve / contribute to the Mother Earth and Save the Mother Earth.
Addressing the Students, Alumni and Staff members, Prof. D Jawahar, Pro-Chancellor, PES University said that on August 15, 2022 India will be Celebrating Platinum Jubilee and PES will be celebrating Golden Jubilee. He narrated the roadmap ahead for 2020-2022 to all the stakeholders. He also announced that “PES University will extend all support to rejuvenate both the lakes of Hosakerehalli and the one at PES University Electronic city campus area”. He called upon the Department of Biotechnology and the Department of Law to take up this initiative.
Dr. K.N.Balasubramanya Murthy, Vice-Chancellor, PES University introduced the chief guest to the audience.
This was followed by bi-annual alumni meet.
